I was wondering about this last night while listening to Steyn sitting in for Rush. Small businesses have been crushed. I'm curious if the 2018 EO will be used to return ("redistribute" kek) ill gotten covid corporate gains to those from whom it was scammed? Irony would probably be lost on most who call for redistribution and reparations.
