AG Barr Destroys His Name for All Eternity – His Actions Today Confirm He Is Just Another Card-Carrying Swamp Rat

Today US Attorney General Bill Barr reportedly told the Associated Press that the DOJ has not uncovered any evidence of widespread fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 election.

Barr claimed that the FBI has followed up on specific complaints of voter fraud yet they have uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome. The AP reported today:

Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

His comments come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the election was stolen, and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

This was reported earlier at the TGP:

Now we know why the DOJ didn’t arrest anyone for the past four years and why the Durham investigation came up empty. The reason is they wanted it this way. They never were going to arrest anyone. The only people the FBI and DOJ target are patriotic conservative Americans who want things better for their country and for their children’s future.

We all knew that there was enough evidence in the public square to arrest and convict dozens of politicians and government workers. Now we know why none were arrested. AG Barr and the swamp run deep!

AG Barr had a good scam going but now it’s over. We now know definitively what he is all about. He is just another crooked swamp creature.

As noted earlier today, Melissa Carone, a very compelling witness who testified in Tuesday’s Michigan hearing, said she called the FBI on November 5 to report numerous instances of fraud, but the FBI never called her back.

“I Was Driving Completed Ballots from NY to Pennsylvania – So I Decided to Speak Up” — UPDATE: USPS Contract Truck Driver Who Transferred 288,000 FRAUDULENT BALLOTS from NY to PA Speaks at Presser

As reported earlier by Cassandra Fairbanks new election fraud whistleblowers came forward on Tuesday, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21.

The new information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization.

The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.

The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.

Jesse Morgan: In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses… They were complete ballots.”

Jesse went on to say that he sat in Harrisburg for hours and when he was told to leave the supervisor at the post office would not give him a slip or an overtime slip so he could get paid. Jesse said the manager-supervisor was “kinda rude.”

Jesse’s testimony today revealed that employees at the United States Post Office were in on the conspiracy to steal the votes.

The video ALREADY has 1 million views!

Health-Care Workers & Nursing Home Residents First In Line For Vaccine, CDC Panel Votes

By a vote of 13-1, a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) panel (The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices or the ACIP). has decided that health-care workers and long-term care facility residents will receive the first COVID-19 vaccine doses once it’s cleared for public use.

"Long term care facility residents are defined as adults who reside in facilities that provide a variety of services, including medical and personal care, to persons who are unable to live independently," the CDC said.

"Health care personnel are defined as paid and unpaid persons serving in health care settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure or infectious materials."

They also discussed “sub-prioritization” within each population. In other words, it’s not simply “all healthcare workers come first.” The healthcare workers who come into contact with infectious diseases (or suspected COVID) would come first.

The CDC will take the recommendation into account and provide guidance to the states to assist governors (who will make the ultimate choice) in their decisions about vaccine distribution priorities.

This decision, if followed by CDC means that other high priority groups will have to wait, including people with underlying medical conditions, essential workers such as cops/firefighters, and elderly people not in nursing homes.

As CNBC reports, there are roughly 21 million health-care workers and 3 million long-term care facility residents in the United States, according to a presentation during the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, an outside group of medical experts that advises the agency.

Defense bill snagged in Trump’s war on social media protections

WASHINGTON ― With congressional talks close to finalizing this year’s defense policy bill, lawmakers are wrestling with the Trump administration’s last-minute demand to include language to overhaul the tech industry’s prized liability shield.

Closed-door talks between the House, Senate and White House had centered President Donald Trump’s threat to veto the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act over military base renaming issues, but the focus has shifted in recent days to a topic disconnected from national security, according to multiple congressional sources: Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act.

The section’s protections have served as a bedrock for unfettered speech on the internet, but Trump and other politicians, including Democrats (though for different reasons than Republicans) argue that Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms have abused that protection and should lose their immunity from lawsuits.

In an escalation of his war with Twitter and other social media companies, Trump signed an executive order in May challenging those protections. He argued that Twitter’s application of fact checks to two of his tweets showed the need to enact checks on tech giants.

In a series of Thanksgiving Day tweets, Trump accusing Twitter of trying to “SILENCE THE TRUTH” by “making up” content that then goes viral.

“Twitter is sending out totally false ‘Trends’ that have absolutely nothing to do with what is really trending in the world. They make it up, and only negative ‘stuff,’” he tweeted, adding: “For purposes of National Security, Section 230 must be immediately terminated!!!”

Shredding 230 would be an eleventh hour win for Trump and Republicans just ahead of a Senate runoff elections in Georgia that will determine control of the chamber during the first two years of President-elect Joe Biden’s tenure. But Democrats may not want to make a deal ― not only because they object to the policy but because Trump vetoing the defense policy bill, which has passed Congress on a bipartisan basis for 59 years in a row, could be a self-own for the GOP.

The fight over Section 230 complicates predictions that lawmakers were days from finishing the $740.5 billion authorization bill, which cements decisions about troop levels, new weapons systems and military personnel policy. Axios was first to report that Senate Republicans were trying to improvise a proposal to change Section 230 short of a wholesale repeal.

2 Leftist Women Arrested On Charges Of Terrorist Attack on a Railroad

Seattle – Two people arrested on the BNSF Railway tracks near Bellingham, Whatcom County, were charged with terrorist attack and other violence against a railroad carrier, and appeared in federal court today, announced U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran. Samantha Brooks, 27, and Ellen Reiche, 23, both of Bellingham, Washington, were arrested Saturday night in Bellingham as they allegedly placed a ‘shunt’ on the tracks. A shunt disrupts the low level electrical current on the tracks and can disable various safety features.

“Since January there have been 41 incidents of shunts placed on the BNSF tracks in Whatcom and Skagit counties—causing crossing guards to malfunction, interfering with automatic breaking systems, and, in one case, causing the near-derailment of tanks of hazardous chemicals,” said U.S. Attorney Moran. “These crimes endanger our community. I commend the agents from Customs and Border Protection, FBI, BNSF Police, and state and local partners who prioritized stopping this criminal conduct.”

According to the criminal complaint, the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has been investigating the placement of shunts on the BNSF tracks since January 19, 2020. The shunt is comprised of wire and magnets that are stretched between the tracks, disrupting the systems that indicate a train is on the tracks. On ten occasions, shunts were placed in areas that disrupt the crossing guards where the tracks cross streets, so vehicles could have tried to cross the tracks unaware of the oncoming train. On the night of October 11, 2020, multiple shunts were placed in three different locations in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. The shunts triggered an automatic breaking system on a train that was transporting hazardous and combustible material. The emergency breaking then caused a portion of the train to decouple from the engine. Decoupling has the potential to cause a derailment—in this case—of tanker cars of flammable gas in a residential area.

Shortly after the first shunts were discovered in January, a claim of responsibility was published on an anarchist website.

“This claim of responsibility stated that the shunting activity was carried out in solidarity with Native American tribes in Canada seeking to prevent the construction of an oil pipeline across British Columbia, and with the express goal of disrupting BNSF operations and supplies for the pipeline,” says the complaint.

California Man Who Leaked Nintendo Switch Info Had Trove of Child Porn In Folder Labeled ‘Bad Stuff’

Seattle – A 21-year-old Palmdale, California, man was sentenced to three years in prison today in U.S. District Court in Seattle for federal crimes related to his computer hacking scheme and his possession of child pornography found on his digital devices, announced U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran. Ryan Hernandez, aka Ryan West, who used the online moniker “RyanRocks,” pleaded guilty to a two-count information in January 2020. At the sentencing hearing U.S. District Judge John C. Coughenour ordered Hernandez to be on seven years of supervised release following prison. He will be required to register as a sex offender.

According to records filed in the case, in 2016, while still a minor, Hernandez and an associate used a phishing technique to steal credentials of a Nintendo employee, which were exploited to gain access to and download confidential Nintendo files related to its consoles and games. That stolen information, including pre-release information about the anticipated Nintendo Switch console, was leaked to the public. In October 2017, following an investigation into the hack, FBI agents contacted Hernandez and his parents at their California residence. Hernandez promised to stop any further malicious activity and confirmed that he understood the consequences of any future hacking.

Nevertheless, from at least June 2018 to June 2019, Hernandez returned to his malicious activities, hacking into multiple Nintendo servers and stealing confidential information about various popular video games, gaming consoles, and developer tools. Hernandez boasted about his hacking exploits on several online and social media platforms, such as Twitter and Discord, and leaked some of the stolen information to others. Hernandez further operated an online chat forum called “Ryan’s Underground Hangout” in which he and others discussed Nintendo products and shared information about possible Nintendo network vulnerabilities, and on which he shared some of the confidential information he had stolen.

In June 2019, FBI agents searched his home and seized numerous electronic devices, including computers, hard drives, and circumvention devices used to access pirated video games and software. On those devices, they discovered thousands of confidential Nintendo files. Forensic analysis of his devices also revealed that Hernandez had used the internet to collect more than one thousand videos and images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, stored and sorted in a folder directory he labeled “Bad Stuff.”

Under the terms of the plea agreement, both prosecutors and defense attorneys recommended three years in prison. Judge Coughenour recommended Hernandez be incarcerated at a Bureau of Prisons facility for inmates with cognitive challenges. Hernandez has agreed to pay $259,323 in restitution to Nintendo for the remediation costs caused by his conduct.

Thousands of Marines Tested for LSD After Drug Problem Emerges at Infantry Unit

The North Carolina-based 2nd Marine Division has a drug problem.

That's how Maj. Gen. Francis Donovan put it in an unusually blunt Marine Corps news release issued by the service this week. The division has changed up the way it screens for drugs after catching several Marines using lysergic acid diethylamide, or LSD.

"We are committed to identifying violators of our ethos," Donovan said in a statement. "The vast majority of Marines within the 2d Marine Division routinely uphold our core values, and they deserve to know that the Marines to their left and right are doing the same."

The division has tested about a quarter of its 16,000 Marines and sailors for LSD since the summer. Previous routine drug screenings did not test that particular drug, but that changed after Marines and sailors were found to be using LSD.

"The number of positive test results is exceedingly small – fewer than a half a percent of those tested," 1st Lt. Dan Linfante, a 2nd Marine Division spokesman, said. "The same trend exists for other drugs as well, with over 55,000 tests administered over the past year."

Half a percent of 4,000 would be about 20 Marines. Still, Linfante added, the Marine Corps has a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs, so even one positive test is too many.

Anyone who tests positive, he said, will be fully held accountable for their actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

"The use of prohibited substances is unfortunately not new," he said. "What's new here is that the 2d Marine Division is now testing specifically for LSD, along with the many other substances we've long tested for – both randomly and in every other way possible."

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service warned this summer about a big spike in LSD use across the Navy Department. Federal agents asked for help tracking down perpetrators, which they said was prevalent on the dark web – a hard-to-regulate section of the internet.

In the first four months of 2020, NCIS saw a 70% increase in investigations relating to alleged LSD offenses, Military.com previously reported.

This is not the first time the 2nd Marine Division has made headlines for bad behavior.

Attorney Representing GOP Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell Asks US Supreme Court to Hear Challenge to Pennsylvania’s Mail-In Voting

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives that sought to have the results nullified over constitutional concerns about a 2019 change in absentee ballot rules.

The lead plaintiffs in the case are Rep. Mike Kelly and Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said the suit was dismissed because the plaintiffs failed to file their case in a “timely manner” when Act 77 was passed in 2019.

On Tuesday, Gregory H. Teufel, an attorney representing Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell filed a 40-page emergency application for injunction and petition directed toward US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.

Attorney Gregory Tuefel asked the Supreme Court to halt the certification of Pennsylvania’s election results and to hear their challenge to the state’s mail-in voting system.

A copy of the 40-page filing was given to The Gateway Pundit and reviewed by this reporter.

The GOP attorney argued that “Article VII of the Pennsylvania Constitution make clear that there are two, and only two, constitutionally-permissible methods of voting: 1) offering your ballot in propria persona at the polling place on election day; and 2) exceptions to the first method limited to those persons qualifying under the absentee voting provision, Article VII, § 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.”

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court circumvented the state legislature, made laws out of thin air and ruled mail-in/ballots with no dates or handwritten names/addresses on the outer envelopes can be counted.

Tuefel argued that the US Supreme Court holds jurisdiction over Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruling which he labeled an “offensive sword against Petitioners.”

“For the foregoing reasons, this Court should grant Applicants’ request for an emergency writ of injunction (or alternatively a stay of lower proceedings), grant certiorari on the questions presented herein, treat the Application papers as a merits briefing, and issue a merits decision as soon as practicable,” Attorney Tuefel concluded.
