As early as August, the DOJ had been investigating the White House in an alleged bribery for pardon scheme.

“The text of the Memorandum is heavily redacted. But the most likely targets seem to be Giuliani and Powell.

I would not be surprised if there was a plant in the White House, actively engaged in sending and acknowledging highly incriminating emails, and then trying to tie in POTUS as a purported co-conspirator.

I am, in particular, highly suspicious of Guiliani.”
