Saw this tweet about voting rules in Pennsylvania - no answers have been given.

The most compelling issue seems to be that the official Pennsylvania Elections Department seems to indicate that signatures do not need to match the register - is this effectively saying that any signature could be used on mail in ballots i.e there is no way to check the vote is from an actual person.

To make matters worse, the ballots are now separate from the signed envelopes. Surely this means that that all mail in ballots in PA are null and void?

That would instantly give PA to POTUS…
