the reason why you couldn't down load it is because the twat was a replay of a periscope live feed

in m3u8 format

I used a second party twat down loader to get the url

I used a third party to convert it to mp4

I used a fourth party to download the mp4

and I tried to use a fifth party to upload the mp4 version to spread it

unfortunately anonfiles failed
