Q posts "Durham" on Oct. 13th.

Durham made Special Counsel two weeks before the election, which would be sometime on the week of Oct. 19th.

If it were true Durham cannot be DOJ to be SC, then did he resign on Oct. 13th?

Maybe Pompeo really did release those emails, but he had released them to Durham.
