Can't speak for US anons but we made contact with a lawyer here in EU who is preparing lawsuits on a class action basis. Nothing filed yet but will update if this changes.
My kids school just announced mass testing next week, and my industry (hairdressing) announced that vaccines will be very likely mandatory.
Would be good to get a board of global legal actions going though.
