re: the staff at these sites where all these ballots were processed ("counted")

who appoints, hires, places

poll workers/ballot counters at these facilities

the workers that were counting the ballots and screwing everything up and treating volunteers like crap (ejecting them from the rooms/buildings, etc)

We've been hearing from all the witnesses who were volunteers (and a few white hat plants I am sure)

but I keep wondering: who is/was in charge of staffing the actual poll workers/ballot counters?

(are they employees of the election commission? are they otherwise government employees? or volunteers also….or paid volunteers like BLM and Antifa?)

this has been bugging me for days

seems like they were actually hired thugs - but someone had to have been in charge of placing them in those facilities and telling them what to do
