“We are going to present evidence of real voter fraud—thousands and thousands of instances of voter fraud in Nevada alone,” Binnall told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo Wednesday morning.

“We have instances, for instance, of 40,000-plus people who have voted twice in the election,” he added. “We have data showing that people who were on the record as having voted by mail, didn’t even receive ballots and didn’t even receive votes.”

Members of Trump’s legal team and representatives of Joe Biden’s six Nevada Electoral College delegates reportedly inspected a vote-counting location in Carson City on Tuesday in connection with Trump’s lawsuit.

Carson City District Court Judge James T. Russell on Monday granted a motion from Trump’s campaign to inspect the equipment on Monday, in accordance with Nevada state law.

Russell will hold a hearing on the Trump Campaign’s lawsuit on Thursday afternoon.

Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., told Newsmax TV on Wednesday that Republicans are having a "difficult" time trying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Arizona.

When asked about GOP legislators holding a special session to reverse the results in the state, Gosar told "National Report," "It's difficult. We have a number of legislators that really want to move forward with it for accountability, but we have some roadblocks. The majority leader in the Senate, a Republican, and speaker of the House, a Republican, have said that they're not interested in doing that."

He added that they have "upped the pressure by actually requesting Freedom of Information Acts from the county supervisors of Maricopa County, the secretary of state, the legislators, the speaker, the majority leader, the governor, the attorney general, to every official looking at these machines and overseeing the election."

Gosar noted that President Donald Trump's campaign has five days to challenge Arizona's election results, which the state certified on Monday.

Former President Barack Obama’s solicitor general argued Tuesday before the Supreme Court that corporations should not be liable for profiting from child slave labor.

Litigator Neal Katyal, who formerly criticized President Donald Trump’s travel ban and advocated against child separation at the border, defended corporations before the Supreme Court during oral arguments Tuesday, arguing that these corporations should not be liable for profiting from child slave labor abroad, according to Law and Crime.

Katyal is representing cases involving a lawsuit filed by six Mali citizens who say they were allegedly trafficked between the ages of 12 and 14, forced to work cocoa plantations without compensation and with little pay, and tortured and whipped by overseers, Slate reported.

One of the plaintiffs said that when he tried to escape and was caught, the overseers cut off the soles of his feet and rubbed chile pepper into his wounds before beating him while he was tied to a tree, according to the publication.
