It has to be a rich person because they said they would make a very large contribution to the Campaign, "Like they have done previously"

Yup. That's what I was thinking too.
This was brought to the Court in August of this year. What that says to me is that they for sure had the cheat all planned out & set up & who ever this rich guy is, knew about it, to be so sure on a Biden win back then, to be asking for a Pardon.
Or, it's older correspondence. It didn't say who's White House was "targeted"
So who was raided to the point that the Investigators had so many devices to search through?
I also think it's not about Trump WH because if it was, the MSM would have already found out who this was & make it the top story
