A Dim tried to swear in an attorney as though he were a witness. He claimed he had the right to swear anyone in. He made that motion; the Chair denied it; he appealed the denial; the committee backed the Chairman.
No attorney is sworn in; the attorney is not a witness. If the attorney for the President is a witness, he would never be free to testify but for a complete waiver of Executive privilege.
Dim committee jackass was dead wrong.
