We need to get a copy of the Dominion software license agreement.
I find it hard to believe there isn't some sort of audit language spelled out. Perhaps mutually agreeable, or controlled in some way.
Also for a case like this, the software should have been stored in escrow by a third party.
Wonder if there's a Dominion contract on wikileaks?
