POTUS's usual O.P. method would be to try to restore the election victory through ordinary means of legislatures and courts. If they are reluctant or refuse to act, he has the martial law option. If he uses that, he will need to engage in a serious game of whack-a-libtard, no folling around, it has to be conducted like a war, to win only.
