It is comms, a large part of the cabal stays off the internet highway(think matrix); they take notes from print/tv/radio. But their comms have been destroyed, their 'secure' comms exposed so they are resorting to old tried and true methods.
They are signals for sure; but calls for help or just some clowns doing what they were told to do years ago when they 'thought she could win'
