It's almost as if she is begging for clown hair. Did she actually wake up in the morning and think, I'm going to go on tv today, I think I'll wear this clown jacket?
Forgive me for my ignorance but are these representatives actually elected? I don't recall ever voting for State Reps. I know we vote for US Reps., but where do these State Reps come from?
Are these congressional reps. from US house of Reps. or are they State reps?
