POTUS was facing a question about who Qanon was. He played it as if being asking for the identity of the person who was "Qanon" and used this construct to deny any knowledge. It remains completely appropriate to use "Q_Anon Research" to describe breads where Q posts and Anons research and discuss.

The problem is that many people, like you, misread or misinterpret what Q wrote.
POTUS can have the military arrest all of the belligerents and enemy combatants he wants, including US citizens, without ever declaring Martial Law. Martial Law is not necessary at all.
