I agree. The slow rollout is necessary to wake up the masses. I do worry about the timing of things. I am not a bright man, so I'm sure someone way smarter than I has already balanced the cost and benefits of immediate action and mass shock/coping against the slow rollout and allowing the baddies to try any and every contingency they have in bag.
