Nevada testimony: The government official that was supposed to be impartial, supposed to be ensuring the integrity of the elections, was stonewalling the contestants being able to serve subpoenas.

The entire background, bookcase, couch, behind the guy speaking remotely in Georgia, looks like a painting, or still frame. Don't know why he would need to be using a green-screen, or himself be a CGI.

Professor testifying in Georgia: Are we talking about evidence of fraud that was substantial enough to affect the election, or are we talking about evidence that the state statutes themselves were not complied with. I don't think you have to have both. I think either one is sufficient for the legislature to resume it's authority, under Article II of the federal constitution, to make sure you have electors chosen in accord with the manner set out by the legislature.
