Election lawyer alleges Zuckerberg, wife tried to illegally influence election in Michigan

An attorney from Michigan representing the Thomas Moore Society, a conservative legal group challenging the election in multiple states, alleged on Wednesday that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife illegally tried to influence the 2020 presidential election in Michigan, a state that’s already the epicenter of election fraud allegations and conspiracy theories.

Ian Northon made the allegation when he appeared as a guest on Wednesday’s episode of “The Sara Carter Show” podcast to discuss election fraud allegations in Michigan as well as other 2020 election topics. Northon claimed to host Sara Carter that he had evidence of the donations Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, made.

“We have evidence that for—and I don’t want to say ‘foreign’ as in foreign governments—but people from other than Michigan right now—[…] but foreign influence from Mark Zuckerberg and his wife put over $400 million into local elections this cycle,” Northon told Carter. He then claimed that they did so through “charities like CTCL, the Center for Tech and Civic Life—nine and a half million dollars poured into Michigan in violation of federal law.”

“That’s our allegation, one of them,” Northon added before Carter chimed in.

“That’s huge. Yeah. Why is it?” Carter asked.

Northon then went on to allege that Zuckerberg paid consultants who oversaw the ballot-counting in a hockey rink-turned-counting facility but that Republican inspectors and poll challengers were kicked out.

“Well, it’s because those consultants, those Zuckerberg-paid consultants, were in the counting booth,” he claimed. “But—the bipartisan and Republican oversight was in the penalty box. You know, they did this in a hockey arena. So you know, it’s cold in Michigan. And so we make jokes about hockey, but the reality is, […] why are Republican poll challengers and Republican inspectors kicked out but Zuckerberg-paid consultants are overseeing the counting rooms in the count—” Northon said before being interrupted by Carter.

Pakistan Pressured by Saudi Arabia and UAE to Recognize and Accept the State of Israel

Putting aside the relics of past Cold War theatrics, Pakistan has been consistently struggling to advance peace and justice in the world. The struggle though has intensified. Pakistan currently experiences unprecedented pressure from the conservative Gulf monarchies of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, as well as the United States, to accept the Apartheid State of Israel. The Pakistani people would never succumb to this pressure. They have always stood in solidarity with the Palestinians and the Kashmiris, and no amount of coercion now is going to diminish their resolve. There is hardly a more pro-Palestinian population than the Pakistanis.

The matter should dare not have even arisen before Islamabad, about normalizing ties with a state that militarily occupies, brutalizes, and prevents justice to an occupied people. Israel has effectively destroyed any iota of a ‘peace process,’ has expanded settler-colonization of the West Bank and Arab East Jerusalem and ruthlessly displaced the Palestinians for decades. The Gaza Strip has been converted into an ‘open air prison,’ regulating all aspects of the lives of these people who are subject to routine Israeli bombardment and massacres. The ‘normalization’ then is that of deep injustice, sheer violence, ceaseless land theft and constant humiliation.

Indeed, Palestine is a symbol of an ongoing struggle for justice and dignity in a world where oppression of the weak reigns strong. Pakistan cannot bow down to these pressures if it is to maintain the moral authority to stand against any form of oppression, including critically that of India’s in Kashmir. The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, cannot follow the morally bankrupt path of his predecessors. He would be morally accountable to the Pakistani population, as well to the Palestinians, and everyone who has struggled for decades to end this oppression.

Islamabad not only has to take into consideration the wishes of its own people, but also the objective interests of the state. There are many compelling reasons as to why Islamabad should stand firm on its stance. There are several Gulf countries, like Qatar and Kuwait, that are already standing strong and are not moving an inch towards recognition.

Even if one puts aside the question of the inherent immorality of Israeli barbarism towards the suffering Palestinians, from the point of view of pure self-interested realpolitik – there is nothing to be gained by Pakistan here. Giving into these threats is not going to benefit Pakistan. It is certainly not going to give any leverage to Pakistan with Israel or India, rather, the vice versa will occur. It is laughable to believe that recognizing Israel will engender Tel Aviv to jeopardize its deeply intimate friendship with Modi to appease a groveling Islamabad. The costs for Islamabad, on the other hand will be incalculable: Pakistan will be at an utter loss in maintain its legitimate moral high ground on the issue of Kashmir.

The pressures to normalize, too, will most likely be short-lived. It is just matter of standing strong till it dies out. Once Biden takes over as the President of the United States on January 20, the pressure will diminish. In addition, there are also many powerful countries which do not support recognition. These include Turkey and Iran.

These threats are mostly hollow or far-exaggerated, and lack substance. The power of this UAE-MBS (Saudi Arabia)-Tel Aviv axis is over-stated as their inability to weaken Qatar or defeat the Yemeni resistance can testify. At the same time, Pakistan has diplomatic and security levers against the UAE and Saudi Arabia that it can use strategically to cripple the not-so-subtle configuration of protective military power Islamabad has in the Gulf.

AstraZeneca Under Scrutiny Again as Countries Spend Billions on Questionable Vaccine

Another AstraZeneca vaccine trial participant alleges serious injury, but the vaccine is still a favorite with the Gates Foundation and developing countries.

AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine faced new controversy this week after a trial participant in India alleged that the vaccine caused him serious “neurological and psychological” symptoms.

The accusation was the latest in a series of complaints or concerns surrounding Covishield, the AstraZeneca vaccine being developed in partnership with Oxford University.

Yet despite concerns about safety and trial design, countries are already spending billions of dollars in taxpayer funds to purchase AstraZeneca’s vaccine, in part because, compared with frontrunners Moderna and Pfizer, AstraZeneca’s vaccine is easier to store and faster to distribute.

The latest news also hasn’t changed plans by the Global Alliance for Vaccine Initiative (GAVI), a public-private partnership founded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, to distribute the AstraZeneca COVID vaccine globally, once it’s approved.

Second participant reports neurological adverse effect

On Nov. 21, a 40-year-old participant in AstraZeneca’s clinical trial, who lives in India, sent a legal notice to the Serum Institute of India alleging that the vaccine caused him to develop acute neuro encephalopathy.

In the notice, the participant said he “must be compensated, in the least, for all the sufferings that he and his family have undergone and are likely to undergo in the future.”

The Serum Institute, which has a deal with AstraZeneca to manufacture a billion doses of the vaccine, maintains that the participant’s medical complications are unrelated to the vaccine trial.

A spokesperson for the Institute said the trial participant is “falsely laying the blame for his medical problems on the COVID vaccine trial” and that “it is evident that the intention behind the spreading of such malicious information is an oblique pecuniary motive.”

A statement released by the Institute claimed that they are “sympathetic with the volunteers medical condition” but also that they claim to take legal action against the injured participant for maligning the company’s reputation, seeking damages in excess of $13 million.

On Tuesday, Indian Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that the adverse event “will not affect the timeline in any manner whatsoever.”

Dr Michael Yeadon: ‘Strong Evidence’ of COVID Herd Immunity in the UK

Dr Mike Yeadon, a former chief scientific adviser for respiratory research with Pfizer, has claimed there is “strong evidence” that the UK has developed some herd immunity against coronavirus.

Speaking with talkRADIO’s Julia Hartley-Brewer, the lockdown sceptic said that herd immunity is evident by a number of proven facts including “lack” of COVID deaths happening in metropolitan centres like London.

Yeadon said he would accept any vaccine provided it was well developed, eg. went through all proper safety and efficacy research, and also if it ‘fulfilled as health need,’ both of which do not appear to be evident in this case.

“It was about 200-250 a day seven months ago. I checked three days ago, it was nine – so about 90-95% lower”.

Yeadon also voiced concerns over the mass roll out of the newly approved Pfizer and BioNTech jab, because it was “too early” to know its the long term safety or effectiveness. Watch:

UN Removes Cannabis From List Of World's Most Dangerous Drugs

The United Nations voted on Wednesday to remove medical marijuana from a list of the world's most dangerous drugs - a move which could pave the way for an expansion of both consumption and research of the controversial plant.

The vote by the UN's Commission for Narcotic Drugs followed guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) on reclassifying cannabis and its derivatives, according to the New York Times. In particular, the WHO's guidance was centered around removing marijuana from Schedule IV of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs - which contains dangerous and highly addictive opioids such as heroin.

"This is a huge, historic victory for us, we couldn’t hope for more," said drug policy researcher Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli, who has closely monitored the vote which he says 'reinstates' Marijuana's status as a historical treatment for various ailments.

In candid video that appears to have been recorded in an office or hotel room, the person holding the camera first asks, “Um, hey Jesse what is all this stuff?” The other person responds, flatly, “This is evidence of voter fraud. Binders one through 20.”

Jackie Pick, a lawyer who was volunteering for the purposes of her appearance, told the legislators in the hearing that “What you’re going to see happen, at about 11 o’clock, is once everyone is gone, coast is clear, they are going to pull ballots out from underneath a table.”

She adds that her team first had to establish whether it was “normal to store suitcases of ballots under a table, under a tablecloth,” and after reviewing the previous footage, they established that “typically, you’re going to find ballots back in this corner,” she said pointing toward the entry of the room. “Then they get moved and circulated throughout the room.”

“This table, the black one, was placed there by the lady with the blond braids at about 8:22 a.m. in the morning. So she put that table there, so the same person who’s staying behind now, the same person clearing the place out under the pretense that we’re going to stop counting, is the same person who put the table there at 8:22 in the morning.”

Her comment comes as DC Attorney General Karl Racine has accused the Trump family of attempting to enrich themselves in the process of the 2017 inauguration, after Donald Trump was elected president. The DC AG office filed its lawsuit against the Trump Organisation and Presidential Inaugural Committee in January for "grossly overpaying" the Trump Hotel - the venue where the inauguration was held.
