Have you ever read any of the chapter where this prayer is written? Maybe some of the verses just before Jesus gives this prayer AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PRAY? Well you should! Then maybe, just maybe, in the hopes that some of those verses would sink in, you would NOT continue to mindlessly repeat that prayer every bread. Just go read what Jesus said about repetitious prayers.
