Elena "Sneed" Parent (born December 27, 1975) is an American politician, rigger and attorney. A member of the Democratic Party, she serves in the Georgia State Senate and previously served in the Georgia House of Representatives. She won her election by use of Dominion Voting Systems to employ Fractional Voting and rig the result in her favour, cucking her based opponent out of the win. Her most recent appearance saw her crying and seething after voter fraud was revealed on CCTV footage in Georgia, most likely due to her ever-increasing chances of taking up residence in a military prison.
