Take some gas money and buy some vitamin D3 in the largest IU available and get some high potency B vitamins, esp niacin. Green leafy vegetables with lots of folates…spinach, collards, kale, that sort of thing. Good high quality protein, sunshine and exercise. Within hours after taking 500,000 IU (safe - Drs give shots with millions) you'll feel better, within a week after the B's, protein and folate you'll have a new outlook. Exercise even if it sucks.

 

Take control and steer your life even if you don't what you're doing…control is empowering…failure is a part of life. Drifting is powerless and demoralizing. Set some small short term goals and work on them. Bigger ones too.
