Michigan AG: Detroit Vote Count Observers Should File Police Reports to Allege Criminal Activity

A spokeswoman for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel told Breitbart News on Thursday that ballot counting observers who have alleged fraud should file police reports.

Over 100 witnesses have sworn affidavits detailing what they say are violations of Michigan election law that occurred at the TCF Center in downtown Detroit on Election Day and the days after.

After four hours of testimony before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday by observers who were at the TCF Center and six hours of witness statements before the Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday, Nessel lashed out at critics of Detroit’s disputed counting process.

“Last night, America watched in horror as Michigan Republicans used tax dollars to sponsor an event wherein (state Rep.) Matt Hall called witnesses ‘brave’ and ‘courageous’ for calling Detroit ‘one of the most corrupt cities in America’ and making baseless, debunked attacks on our elections,” Nessel wrote on Twitter.

Hall praised Detroit city employee Jesse Jacob for testifying before the committee on Wednesday. She alleged supervisors told absentee ballot workers to change dates, ignore signature matching requirements, and several other violations of the law.

“You have embarrassed our state and defamed Michigan’s most populous city. I call on [Michigan GOP Chair Laura Cox] to renounce these statements or take any ‘evidence’ of election law violations to [Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy], [U.S. Attorney Matthew Schneider], or [Michigan Attorney General] for investigation. At long last, put up or shut up.”

Breitbart News asked Nessel’s office if the attorney general considers affidavits “evidence” and whether she has read any of them personally.

“Our attorneys have reviewed every elections-related case that we’ve defended,” Nessel spokeswoman Kelly Rossman McKinney told Breitbart News late Thursday.

“We have seen no credible evidence of fraud – an opinion shared by the judges who have heard these cases to date and have been unpersuaded by these claims. Moreover, neither the Republican Party – nor any of the witnesses who appeared before the Legislature yesterday – have filed a police report with our office,” she said.

“Affidavits cannot be used in a criminal proceeding in place of live testimony from a witness who allegedly observed criminal conduct,” she claimed. “We continue to urge anyone with credible evidence of fraud to file a complaint with a law enforcement agency so that it can be investigated.”

Report: 40 States Will File Antitrust Lawsuit Against Facebook

A recent report claims that a group of at least 40 states led by New York is set to file an antitrust lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook as early as next week.

A recent report from CNBC states that sources believe that a lawsuit could be filed against social media giant Facebook as early as next week. A group of 40 states led by New York have been investigating Facebook for possible antitrust violations and plans to file a lawsuit against the company, according to four sources.

The lawsuit would be the second major case taken against a major tech firm this year following the Justice Department’s lawsuit against Google in October. Over 40 states reportedly plan to sign on to the Facebook lawsuit one source said, but would not provide the list of states.

Breitbart News reported earlier this week that authorities were preparing as many as four more cases targeting Google or Facebook by the end of January 2021. The lawsuits reportedly focus on whether the tech giant abused their power in the internet economy, focusing on Google’s position in the search and advertising industry and Facebook’s dominance in the social media market.

Both companies have denied using their power in an anti-competitive manner, saying that they operate in extremely competitive markets and that their services benefit consumers. Despite ongoing antitrust investigations and lawsuits, Facebook and Google are both on a spending spree to buy rivals and tech startups.

Facebook has faced criticism from both Republicans and Democrats in Congress, as well as President Trump and Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden. Democrats allege that the social media giant has been too free in the speech it allows on its platform, while many Republicans point out the social media site has often suppressed conservative voices. Facebook claims that it aims to support free speech while limiting “hate speech” and harmful content.

Romney: Trump’s Election Fraud Claims ‘Damaging’ America — Biden Will Be President January 20

Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT), on Thursday during CNN’s “Situation Room,” said that President Donald Trump’s claims of widespread voter fraud are “damaging the cause of freedom and putting people’s lives at risk.”

Host Wolf Blitzer said, “How much damage is President Trump doing to our country, to our standing around the world, by refusing to concede and alleging widespread fraud going on all over the country?”

Romney said, “Well, the attorney general has said there’s no there, there. The courts have all looked at the evidence and said there’s no evidence there. Now, of course, there will be circumstances where one or two, or a handful, maybe even 100 ballots were incorrectly sent in or counted, and those things get adjusted and get fixed, but the idea of widespread fraud is simply not been shown to us. And if that evidence does exist, please show it to us. At this stage, we don’t see it. So, for the president or anyone else to go out and allege widespread fraud and say the election is rigged, and the election was stolen, that obviously strikes at the very foundation of democracy here, and around the world for that matter. People watch America. If we can’t have a free and fair election, how can they have it in other nations of the world? This is critical for the whole cause of democracy. Russia and China have to be laughing, smiling from ear to ear. This is critical for the preservation of the very democracy and freedom that’s important for our country and for others.”

He added, “You have the attorney general of the United States, likewise, saying there’s no evidence of the kind of widespread fraud that the president is talking about. When he attacks election officials, I think he puts them at risk. I think that’s very unfortunate. Look, the president has every right to pursue every legal avenue, to go to courts as he feels he can make his case. If he doesn’t have evidence that could convince a court, and if he doesn’t have evidence to convince the American people of widespread voter fraud, then making these accusations is only damaging the cause of freedom and putting people’s lives at risk.”

Discussing Joe Biden, Blitzer asked, “You have accepted the fact that he will be the next president of the United States at noon on January 20, Inauguration Day?”

Romney said, “Yes.”

The Case for Making China Pay Pandemic Reparations

It may seem a farce to ask China to pay the world for its deliberate withholding of vital data at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, especially since China has always played by its own rules, ignoring international law and norms in the process. In this case, Chinese obfuscation and stonewalling led directly to the consequences of a pandemic that is still killing people and making them sick around the world.

But China is particularly vulnerable to international pressure at this point in history. Its economy may be about to overtake the U.S. as the world’s largest. And it continue to test the international community in the South China Sea, where its military buildup continues apace.

In every sphere — scientific, diplomatic, cultural, military — the Chinese are pushing the boundaries, shouldering their way into positions of leadership and power.

But the one thing they don’t have from many nations is respect. And that fact is gnawing at them as world institutions continue to grapple with the pandemic.

The first order of business must be to establish Chinese culpability.

First, it is worth getting the historical record right. We still do not know whether the Wuhan lab was the source of the virus or whether the bat-eating story is true. Both are plausible. And both leave the question of whether the Chinese Communist party allowed the virus to come out deliberately or accidentally.

If this sounds vague, then it is by CCP design. Because the CCP spent much of 2019-20 ensuring that we do not, and cannot, know. When our allies in Australia called for an independent international inquiry into the sources of the virus earlier this year, the CCP responded by threatening sanctions against Australia. This week Chinese government accounts posted doctored photos of an Australian soldier ‘murdering’ an Afghan child. Funnily enough, the Communists don’t seem to play by the same rules as everyone else.

Because China doesn’t play by the rules, the international scientific community is stymied in its search for the coronavirus origins. That’s vital not only to establish Chinese guilt but understanding the origins of the coronavirus can prevent another outbreak, and may even lead to a cure.

But China continues to insist the coronavirus originated somewhere else — India or Italy have been mentioned most recently. But this shouldn’t matter in the case against China. Everyone agrees that the pandemic got a huge boost by Chinese intransigence in Wuhan as the communists played games with reporting the spread of disease so as not to reflect badly on them.

Perhaps they had their eye on the future when the world would demand China pay up for its criminal activity.

The kick is that China now finds itself in a buyer’s market. The rest of the globe is going to have to find a way out of this financial slump and possible depression. From Africa, to central Europe, to Brexit Britain there is one obvious way out: Chinese investment. So long as China is the country ‘driving global recovery’, the temptation will be there. Long ago the CCP bought up our universities very cheaply indeed. Not to mention a nuclear power station and more. Currently they are able to act like a property developer who has destroyed the area all around your house and now offers to buy your undesirable property at a dirt-cheap price. With certain strings attached. Even if one country resists the temptation to use Chinese investment to get out of this problem, it is unlikely that everyone will show the same restraint.

The world is about to fall into their laps and could be bought off cheaply. We shouldn’t let that happen. We’ve only begun to experience the economic fallout from the pandemic. Trillions more will have to be spent to dig us and the industrialized nations out of this hole.

If China truly wants respect, it will abide by decisions made by the World Court and other international legal bodies as reparations cases will surely come before them in the next few years. China won’t pay it all back. But reparations would send a powerful signal to Beijing that if it wants to play at being a superpower, they have to act like it on the international stage.

Bokhari: ‘Political Elites Did Nothing While Big Tech Subverted Democracy’

What’s Going On with the Server Reportedly Obtained in Germany Related to the 2020 Election?

There are plenty rumors concerning the server obtained in Germany after the election. Here’s what we know.

On the Monday following the election, President Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. Christopher Miller, who serves as director of the National Counterterrorism Center, replaced Esper. Esper held his own press conference in June to announce that he would not follow President Trump’s orders and protect the White House from Antifa and BLM rioters who were burning down DC.

Then in one of his first moves on November 18th, Acting Defense Secretary made military special ops report directly to him along with the Secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force:

Acting Defense Secretary Christoper Miller announced Wednesday that U.S. Special Operations Command will now report directly to him, putting it on par with the service branches.

At about the same time on November 16th we heard from Rep. Louie Gohmert that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.

We later posted more information we received from one of our sources on this raid in Germany.

From our source: Once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.

The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.

By getting a hold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.
