California’s Roadmap Home 2030

Been doing some thinking about why California would want everyone to leave their homes. Think about how high the cost of housing materials have become. Who would profit from buying up land and selling back to each county or state? Who would profit from building homes for the county or state. I believe there is more to this and anons need to dig. Think LARGE picture.
