NBC: Doctors are currently 'practicing' delivering the vaccine. After it is administered, there is a 15-20 minute monitoring period to see if there is a reaction.
NBC host just suggested that maybe instead of Christmas trees, we will be seeing 'monoliths' in neighborhoods.
