I have mixed feelings on the pot. I'm not pro-smoking it, but alcohol is worse—I speak from experience with both—and prohibition of a drug as comparatively minor as weed is a power I don't believe govt should possess. The booze/weed inconsistency is just absolutely bonkers. "The cartels will begin infiltrating border cities."? "Car-tells," sure… so ban beer, wine and spirits too. Budweiser cartel destroying America. Making this shit illegal has been a disaster and actually gives minorities a legit "racist" complaint (a complaint I generally loath) in terms of how it's prosecuted/imprisoned.
