Friend recently stopped for "speeding", 52 in a 45. The officer asked if she had been drinking. (10 in the morning). She said no. Officer asked if she had taken any substance. She told him she's had a cold for a few days and took her cough medicine a few hours ago. She was arrested for DUI, or maybe DWI, can't remember. She's had to retain a lawyer. Right or wrong?
