She DID give a closing statement. She was the first one after all witnesses were done. It was a long statement saying the election was legitimate, no proof of fraud, and the one where she asked at the end "were all of us elected illegitimately?"
That video does not show the beginning of the legislators closing statements. She gave her statement right before the guy speaking at the beginning of that video.
