She told him she's had a cold for a few days and took her cough medicine a few hours ago. She was arrested for DUI, or maybe DWI, can't remember. She's had to retain a lawyer. Right or wrong?
DUIs have become a big racket.
If she wasn't actually DUI then she probably won't actually need a lawyer. Still a pain in the ass though that she will have to waster her time going to court. Cop should be penalized for false arrest.
Yep. It happened to me once, about 30 years ago. I got pulled over at about 1 a.m coming home from a friend's house. I had not been drinking, but the cop was a real ass. He gave me a field sobriety test and said that I failed it. I was 100% cooperative and polite to the cop. No talk back or anything. They took me in to their station for a breathalizer and I passed it. I still had to go to court but the judge threw it out. It was ridiculous.
Because his wife, Karen, got an envelope at the Geo. H.W.Bush funeral. Pence was pushed onto POTUS by the RINOs at the RNC. They wanted to pull a Kennedy/LBJ and off Trump and replace him with RINO Pence. Pence had to know that this was the plan.
My guess is that good guys have him by the short hairs and he is playing his assigned role and reading his assigned script to save his ass.
