Don't find many more elite elites than Patrick Byrne. Rhodes scholar, Oxon, Stanford PhD in Philosophy, speaks fluent Mandarin, and is Warren Buffet's Godson and protege.

He did great work investigating the naked short sellers that attacked and destroyed hundreds of US companies, many in the Biotech sector.

The Post also hates Bryne - not sure why. A finance writer Roddy Boyd did much of the hatchet work on Byrne -

Everybody in the finacial industry world knew Byrne was right. Most would say so in private. None of them would say so publicly for fear of the cult/OC or simply never working again in a highly compensated profession.
