How many people in the higher ranks of the 3-letter agencies know about 'the plan' and Q in general?

I ask because I recently spoke at length with a very high level member of US Cyber Command and didn't get the vibe this individual had any knowledge of Q or the plan which surprised me. I didn't ask directly but this individual's opinions on POTUS ran counter to the plan..

If the texts are revealed to the public, there will undoubtedly be MANY lefties that support the notion of 187 on POTUS. They would sing the praises of PS and LP, which is sickening.

It needs to be revealed in a way that doesn't give them a feeling of support of their demons at the highest level of our justice system.
