This was just in a plot of Gotham a month or so ago. The wealthy crime kingpin orchestrated it with other aristocrats being compelled at gunpoint to partake It's one of the few things that I've seen on TV that I can recall turning my stomach.
Is it to try and normalize this kind of thing?
