Department of Defense Releases Image of COVID Vaccination Cards To Be Issued
The Department of Defense has released images of COVID-19 cards – Cards used to keep track of your coronavirus vaccinations.
CNN is reporting that the “cards will be used as the ‘simplest’ way to keep track of Covid-19 shots” and that vaccinations will be monitored in state immunization registries.
“Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due,” says Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition.
Patients will be asked to voluntarily give their cell phone number in order to receive alerts about when their next dose is due.

The obvious question must be asked. Could this be worrisome?
One airline, Australia’s Qantas Airways, said that they will require passengers to prove that they’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to board international flights.
Will Qantas be an anomaly?
Travel industry experts have already reportedly been coordinating their efforts to create a digital passport that would indicate whether a passenger has been vaccinated for COVID-19.
The concert, venue, and event giant Ticketmaster will also reportedly require proof of vaccinations to attend their events.
Before the “fact-checkers” come after me, to be clear: This is my view of things.
Showing your vaccination papers could very well be coming.
Your mask will be an initial symbol of compliance, and your papers could eventually determine what building and facilities you will be allowed to enter.
NBC has dutifully reported that such cards are not a “passport,” to be used to determine whether or not you can perform certain societal functions.

Mandatory COVID-19 Testing in Australia: “Reasonable Force Will Be Used to Ensure Your Compliance”
A man travelling to Western Australia has captured the moment police and an emergency health officer issued him with a “medical examination direction” for mandatory COVID-19 testing.
Video of the incident, which has been shared across social media, shows a female doctor and two police officers issuing the man the direction, along with a warning that if he refused to comply within 24-hours, reasonable force would be used to ensure compliance along with a fine of up to $20,000.
The “emergency officer” explained that she was operating under the authorisation of the Chief Health Officer under Section 174(2)(b) of the Public Health Act 2016, to exercise any emergency powers with respect to COVID-19 while under a state of emergency.
The legislation states:
174. Authorisation to exercise emergency powers during public health state of emergency… (2) For the purposes of emergency management during a public health state of emergency, the Chief Health Officer may authorise all or any of the following to exercise any of the emergency powers while the public health state of emergency is in force… (b) a health professional or health professional within a specified class of health professionals.
“This is the direction, it is a medical examination,” the doctor explained to the man. “You must undergo a test for COVID-19 comprising the taking of samples in accordance with the Coronavirus Disease 2019 CDNA National Guidelines for public health units… as soon as possible and in any event within 24-hours of the making of this direction…
The officer went on to say: “You have been given this direction for emergency management purposes to determine whether you have COVID-19 in the interest of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
“It’s a penalty for a person to fail without reasonable excuse to comply with this direction. It’s punishable by a fine of up to $20,000 and if you do not comply, reasonable force will be used to ensure your compliance.”

Vaccine Minister Says Bars, Restaurants & Cinemas Will Demand Proof of Vaccination Before Entry
“It would become virtually impossible to do anything if you don’t have the vaccine.”
UK vaccine minister Nadhim Zahawi says he expects bars, cinemas, restaurants and sports stadiums to all demand proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before allowing customers to enter their venues.
Speaking with BBC Radio’s The World at One earlier today, Zahawi responded to the host’s question about immunity passports that are registered within a phone app to be allowed to enter a sports stadium or to travel.
“I think you’ll find that restaurants and bars and cinemas and other venues, football stadiums, will probably also use that system,” said Zahawi.
Zahawi went on to explain that the NHS’ ‘track and trace’ app, the use of which was implemented as a requirement to enter bars and restaurants, had set the pretext for the vaccine eventually being made mandatory to enter such venues.

“In many ways, the pressure will come from both ways, from service providers who will say demonstrate to us that you’ve been vaccinated, but also we will make the technology as easy and as accessible as possible,” he added.
The host responded by clarifying that “it would become virtually impossible to do anything if you don’t have the vaccine.”
The comment once again highlights how governments don’t need to make the vaccine compulsory by law, they will simply lean on the travel, leisure and entertainment industry to make life virtually impossible for those who refuse to take it.
By setting the benchmark that virtually any social activity will require people to take the shot, those who refuse will essentially be confined to a form of lockdown for potentially the rest of their lives.
As we previously highlighted, the airline industry is also signaling that it will mandate the vaccine in order for passengers to travel, with Qantas CEO Alan Joyce already insisting that this will be the case.

Canada: Government and Bankers Pay "Antifa" Members to Dox and Attack Right Wingers
Last week, Kurt Phillips of Anti-Racist Canada (ARC) retired his blog after 13 years.
ARC was an early pioneer of the tactic of “doxing,” where leftists post the addresses, photos of homes, and other personal information of political dissidents in order to threaten and intimidate them into silence. Over the years, Phillips has targeted free speech activists, Canadian nationalists, Proud Boys, immigration skeptics and even the Canadian Yellow Vest movement, sometimes paired with thinly veiled calls to violence.
Even his farewell message encourages readers to follow explicitly violent anarchist groups and left-wing “skinheads” like SHARP.
Early this year, Phillips was himself exposed as a gay communist teacher at St. Anthony’s Catholic school in Drumheller, Alberta, where he continues to work despite revelations of his activities and litigation alleging unethical and potentially illegal behavior.
While Phillips is calling it quits at ARC, this is only because of a sinecure he has received at Bernie Farber’s antifa NGO, the “Canadian Anti-Hate Network,” (CAN) where Phillips is now a board member. Farber is a Zionist Jewish activist who was criticized for claiming to be a homosexual in 2009 in order to promote Israel and protest a pro-Palestine group at an gay parade.
CAN engages in similar activities as ARC, specializing in doxing and creating media narratives to demonize right-wingers in Canada. CAN’s position on violence appears to be purely legalistic, with its “About” page stating “We do not, however, engage in any on-the-ground organizing and encourage you to contact your local anti-racist groups if you want to get involved at that level.” The anti-racist groups they are referring to are mostly communist and anarchist “antifa” groups who use force to deny Canadians with different political opinions their civil liberties.
What is most shocking about CAN is who is paying Phillips to harass people: the Canadian government and banking establishment.
In October, the multinational investment bank Bank of Montreal (BMO) provided CAN with a $250,000 donation to expand its “antifa” operations. This was followed up with another big cash injection from the Canadian state itself through its “Anti-Racist Action” program, which allocated $270,000 to CAN’s activities of “monitoring” and “combating” right-wing groups.
The dynamic doesn’t seem to bother self-described anti-capitalists tripping over one another for the money of bankers and Canadian plutocrats.

Northern Italian Region Rebels Against Government and Reopens for Business
ROME — The northern Italian region of Valle d’Aosta has defied coronavirus restrictions imposed by the central government, declaring itself a “yellow zone” and reopening restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses.
In a November 3 decree, Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte imposed national restrictions covering the entire territory as well as regional restrictions based on a three-tiered ranking system — yellow, orange, and red — depending on how great he believes the coronavirus risk to be in each.
The ranking of the regions is regularly updated and currently seven are considered “yellow” (lowest risk), nine are ranked “orange,” and the remaining five are “red” zones (locked down). Among the five red regions is Valle d’Aosta, which has rebelled against the system by declaring itself a yellow zone.
Valla d’Aosta’s regional president Erik Lavevaz has claimed regional autonomy over “the freedom of movement of its citizens, economic activities, and social relations” and has signed a law allowing the reopening of retail stores, bars, museums, religious services, restaurants, libraries, and other businesses. The regional council confirmed the mandate to wear a mask even outdoors as well as the national ban on gatherings.
The minister for regional autonomy Francesco Boccia immediately warned the Aosta Valley Council that the move will be challenged in what is being labelled an institutional clash between Italy’s central government and local authorities.

According to the central government, regions such as Valle d’Aosta do not have the right to mitigate the health provisions adopted by the government in Rome but they are permitted to make them stricter.
“The Italian government has shown little sensitivity in understanding the problems of the mountains,” said Erik Lavevaz, who has only been president of the region since October 21, 2020, during the meeting of the regional council that approved the law. “This law goes in the right direction, which is the one we have already begun: it gives order to the implementation phase of management of the emergency, immersing itself in our territorial reality.”
Minister Francesco Boccia said that the matter will be referred immediately to the Regional Administrative Tribunal (TAR) for a judgment.
“The statements of President Lavevaz of the Valle d’Aosta Region undermine and damage the loyal collaboration that has characterized the hard and tiring common effort against the pandemic these past months,” Mr. Boccia said.
“Everyone knows the importance of the serious crisis that the economic entities are enduring,” he added, “but evidently not everyone is aware of the very serious health emergency and the number of families that have to face very heavy grief every day.”

A top figure in the French government accused British negotiators of being duplicitous in talks and suggested the nation could use its veto to kill any deal they didn’t deem in their interest, seriously knocking expectations in London and Brussels that an agreement was on the verge of being signed.
Reports and speculation in European media in recent days suggested a Brexit deal could have been agreed late this week, although without clear indication of who would have surrendered to who and on what issues in order to make such an unlikely breakthrough possible. Former French interior minister under formal investigation for criminal association in Sarkozy-Libya fundraising scandal
An interior minister who served in Nicolas Sarkozy’s government has been placed under investigation for “criminal association” by French judges as part of investigation into Libyan funding of the 2007 presidential election.
France’s national prosecutor's office confirmed on Thursday that former interior minister Claude Gueant is now under formal investigation on charges of criminal association.
The charges brought against him are part of an ongoing investigation into possible Libyan financing of former President Nicolas Sarkozy's presidential campaign in 2007.
While it is suspected that the accused spent €42.8 million to finance the campaign, nearly twice the maximum authorized amount, it is also alleged that the campaign was funded from the pockets of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Gueant was Sarkozy's chief of staff from 2007 to 2011 and held the interior portfolio in 2011 to 2012.
The former secretary general of the Elysee was already under investigation for nine offenses in this case, but charges of criminal association reportedly make it easier for the judges to bring the case to trial.
Sarkozy rejects the charges brought against him.
As his trial began on Monday, he told the court “I do not recognize any of the abominations which have been levelled at me for six years.”

Finchem said county clerks are now coming forward and admitting something is off with the canvassing and the numbers are just not adding up.

Jewish man arrested for setting fire to Roman Catholic church in Jerusalem

Police arrested on Friday a religious Jewish man after he set fire to the inside of a Roman-Catholic church called The Church of All Nations located on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.
The man is suspected to be a right-wing man who set fire to the holy site on the basis of a hate crime, but no details have been confirmed.
No injuries were reported, and the damage was limited. In videos of the scene, sections of the burnt floor can be seen alongside a number of lightly charred pews.

'No one had done this before': Data expert details major push to investigate 2020 voter fraud
President's legal team, FBI have sought out voter data gathered by veteran tech worker.
A veteran data expert and onetime Trump campaign staffer revealed to Just the News on Thursday the expansive, expensive and in-depth voter fraud investigations in which he and a team of workers have been immersed round-the-clock since the disputed Nov. 3 election.
"I had some ideas in the aftermath of the election about ways to resolve whether or not there was voter fraud or illegal ballots cast in a way that I thought would be definitive," said Matt Braynard, the director of the Voter Integrity Project, in a podcast interview for John Solomon Reports. "Because, you know, in the day or two after the election, there were all kinds of crazy theories, things that I would consider hearsay or speculation."
"I thought that, you know, I've got some skills here," Braynard told this reporter, acting as guest host for the podcast episode. "I've got a pretty strong background in this area."
Braynard, the director of strategy for the Trump 2016 campaign, has been working in the field of voter data since the 1990s. His resume includes stints in the Republican National Committee's political analysis department as well as with the company Election Data Services, which Braynard called "the nation's premier election administration and redistricting firm."
"I have a pretty intimate understanding of not how a bill is made, but how a vote is made," he said, "all the way back to how voters register, the different ways they vote, and then the ways those votes get counted and tabulated. This is stuff I've been intimately familiar with, gosh, for going on 25 years now."
His initial, tentative efforts to explore voter fraud in the recent election led to a major crowdfunding campaign on the website GoFundMe, which raised well over $200,000, according to Braynard. But that service subsequently removed the crowdfunding campaign, citing alleged election misinformation.

Omar Husband’s Firm Received Half Million in COVID Bailouts
Pandemic windfall came as firm was raking in millions from Omar's campaign
A political consulting firm co-owned by Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D., Minn.) husband, Tim Mynett, received more than half a million dollars in pandemic bailout cash—even as it was raking in millions from Omar's campaign.
The E Street Group, a D.C.-based company run by Mynett and Will Hailer, received $134,800 in Paycheck Protection Program loans and $500,000 in Economic Injury Disaster loans, new data show. Both funds were established to help small businesses cope with the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Mynett's firm, whose LinkedIn page says it has between 11 and 50 employees, received the aid as it was being showered with cash from Omar's campaign. Throughout the 2020 election cycle, Omar's campaign steered nearly $3 million to the E Street Group to cover advertisements, consulting, travel expenses, and production costs. It was by far the campaign's largest vendor.
The firm also hauled in hundreds of thousands of dollars from other campaigns, according to Federal Election Commission filings. The additional payments include $175,000 from Omar mentor Pramila Jayapal's (D., Wash.) committee, nearly $130,000 from the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party for Omar mailers, and $40,000 from the Democratic National Committee.
The federal cash was intended to help struggling small businesses pay workers and stay afloat during the lockdowns. The new figures were released Tuesday after a federal judge ordered that detailed data be made public following challenges from news organizations. The Trump administration had insisted that making more detailed data public would infringe upon personal privacy.
Omar's campaign sent an email to supporters in mid-November saying she will cut ties with her husband's firm.
"So we've decided to terminate our contract with Tim and Will's firm," the email stated. "While many of our close supporters know these two well and have recommended we keep them on — I want to make sure that anybody who is supporting our campaign with their time or financial support feels there is no perceived issue with that support."
Just two months earlier, Omar said that getting rid of her husband's firm would be a "stupid thing to do." She also defended herself following a Washington Free Beacon report that her campaign dished out $600,000 in payments to the firm over a 3-week span in July.

Facebook’s Latest Controversy: Favoring Immigrant Applicants
The U.S. Justice Department is suing Facebook for allegedly refusing to consider American candidates when filling open jobs in the company. The lawsuit also argued that the social media conglomerate failed to advertise job postings to U.S. job seekers and prioritized immigrant applicants when hiring.
“The lawsuit alleges that Facebook refused to recruit, consider, or hire qualified and available U.S. workers for over 2,600 positions that Facebook, instead, reserved for temporary visa holders it sponsored for permanent work authorization (or “green cards”) in connection with the permanent labor certification process (PERM). The positions that were the subject of Facebook’s alleged discrimination against U.S. workers offered an average salary of approximately $156,000,” a statement from the Justice Department read.
“The complaint also alleges that Facebook sought to channel jobs to temporary visa holders at the expense of U.S. workers by failing to advertise those vacancies on its careers website, requiring applicants to apply by physical mail only, and refusing to consider any U.S. workers who applied for those positions,” the statement added.
Facebook denies the allegations but is complying with the Justice Department in their investigation. The case specifically focuses on H-1B visas, which The BBC Reports tech companies often use to bring international candidates to the U.S. and provide them work authorization.
"Our message to workers is clear: If companies deny employment opportunities by illegally preferring temporary visa holders, the Department of Justice will hold them accountable," Eric Dreiband, the assistant attorney general for the department's civil rights division, said in the DOJ statement.
"Our message to all employers - including those in the technology sector - is clear: You cannot illegally prefer to recruit, consider, or hire temporary visa holders over US workers."
This isn’t the first time Facebook has been in hot water this year. YouTube Plans to Survey Creators On Their Race, Algorithmically Boost 'Diverse Communities'
YouTube under CEO Susan Wojcicki announced Thursday they're planning to issue a survey to all their creators asking them their race, gender and sexual orientation in order to algorithmically boost "diverse creator communities" over straight white men.
"As our CEO, Susan Wojcicki, wrote in June, we're examining how our policies and products are working for everyone — and specifically for the Black community — and working to close any gaps," YouTube said in statement posted to their blog.
Our goal is to make YouTube a place where creators can thrive in the long term, and we’ve done extensive work in this area, but we've heard concerns across various communities about their ability to grow their channels. We want to ensure our systems do not reflect unintentional bias and the existing process is currently limited because we only have information about content, not identifying information about the creators themselves.
To better evaluate a concern from a specific creator community (e.g., concerns that our monetization systems are working differently for different creators) we need to have data about which videos come from which communities. Today, we can identify what a video is about but this does not take into account who the creator is or how they identify. For example, our systems can evaluate how videos about Black Lives Matters are performing against other content on YouTube regardless of the creator, but we're currently not able to evaluate growth for Black beauty creators, LGBTQ+ talk show hosts, female vloggers or any other community.
That is a tacit admission they're already using their "recommended" algorithms for purposes of social engineering.

Project Veritas Strips CNN Naked
Project Veritas’ expose of CNN’s behind-the-scenes conference calls shows that the network’s slogan should be “We won’t fully report so you can’t knowledgeably decide.”
James O’Keefe of Project Veritas, in the ultimate trolling coup of the year, monitored and recorded CNN’s morning conference call with CNN President Jeff Zucker and other company executives and reporters for some two months. O’Keefe has released the first batch of audiotapes from those calls, which confirm the network’s anti-Donald Trump, pro-Joe Biden bias.
Exposing CNN’s liberal bias is no bombshell, as it is self-evident to any objective viewer, but it is deliciously affirming to hear these legacy media frauds betray their corruption in their own words. There’s no explaining away their admissions of news doctoring in these tapes.
The recordings prove that the executives not only dictate the network’s editorial slant but also manipulate its news side in deciding what stories will be reported and how they will be presented — to ensure that Trump is portrayed in a negative light and Biden is protected at all costs.
It would be less objectionable if the network would admit that it has a liberal bias, but it does the opposite: The anchors and reporters hold themselves out as consummate journalists, exemplary professionals committed to giving their viewers information without a partisan filter. Through these tapes, they’ve vindicated our long-standing charge that their mission is to tailor the news to fit their liberal narrative, rather than to fairly report it. These are the same people who sermonize on air and on Twitter daily about the importance of honest journalism and political integrity, and who denigrate so-called conservative networks as hopelessly biased.
You’ve seen how CNN and other liberal outlets have insulated Biden from any serious questions before and after the election. Throughout the campaign, in what I believe is one of the greatest journalistic scandals of our time, the media persistently shielded Biden from press scrutiny and ignored his obvious cognitive decline. At a rare post-election Biden press conference, they asked him no policy questions, only softballs concerning Trump’s “continued stonewalling” of Biden’s transition. In the same vein, during an unscheduled appearance a few days ago, the press asked Biden only one question: “Mr. President-elect, how does your foot feel?”

Fellow DC Federal Judge Signals Emmet Sullivan May Challenge Flynn Pardon
President Donald Trump pardoned his former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (U.S. Army ret.) in the corrupt Russia collusion hoax investigation on Wednesday, November 25. The Department of Justice notified Judge Emmet Sullivan on Monday, November 30 about the pardon and (again) asked for the case against Flynn to be dismissed. Sullivan has not yet acted on the pardon and today, Friday, December 4, a fellow judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Senior Judge Reggie Walton, said at a court hearing in a civil case involving FOIA requests about the Flynn investigation that Sullivan may challenge the Flynn pardon as too broad, according to a report by the National Law Journal.

A trial judge raised the possibility that another federal judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s case could find that President Donald Trump’s pardon of Flynn is too broad, if it unlawfully protects the former national security adviser from future prosecutions.
U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said at a hearing Friday that he doesn’t think U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, his colleague presiding over the Flynn case, “has a lot of options in reference to what he does” after the pardon was granted, “unless he takes the position that the wording of the pardon is too broad, in that it provides protections beyond the date of the pardon.”
“I don’t know what impact that would have, what decision he would make, if he makes that determination that the pardon of Mr. Flynn is for a period that the law does not permit. I don’t know if that’s correct or not,” the judge continued. “Theoretically, the decision could be reached because the wording in the pardon seems to be very, very broad. It could be construed, I think, as extending protections against criminal prosecutions after the date the pardon was issued.”
“I don’t know if Judge Sullivan will make that determination or not,” Walton added.
Walton made the comments in a public records case over FBI interviews from former Special Counsel Robert Mueller III’s investigation. CNN and BuzzFeed News, represented by Ballard Spahr’s Charles Tobin at Friday’s hearing, want the records from Flynn’s FBI interviews to be reprocessed in light of the pardon, revealing information that was initially shielded due to an exemption tied to ongoing prosecutions…
Sullivan has refused to dismiss the Flynn case even though the Department of Justice and Flynn’s defense attorney Sidney Powell agreed to a dismissal after it was learned that Flynn was improperly targeted. Powell also uncovered evidence that Flynn was coerced by the Mueller special counsel’s office into falsely pleading guilty to lying to FBI agents when the Mueller team threatened to prosecute his son Mike Flynn, Jr.
