Any tips on how to stay strong…?

I've been here since the beginning and just feel exhausted most days. I've red-pilled family and friends… and out family & friends in the process.

I pray every day. I even started going back to Mass on Sundays.

I come here for an hour or so each day, and try to keep the faith. Lately, this is getting tougher each day.
