The EMP pulse would wipe out electronics. Voting machines too. Leaving the "last official word" of the election was "Biden Wins!" Perfect storm for a civil war. Everyone, including myself, thinks this election was about who win the white house. No one would ever think it would be about distraction and confusion. 2 sides, 2 governments.
