I halfway think the SCOTUS will fuck this one up but I’m not familiar with the progression of an issue like this.
Only thing I don’t like about this scenario is that it makes it seem like POTUS doesn’t respect law when he doesn’t get his way in the courts.
I hope somehow the MIL overtly can get involved without SCOTUS fagging out.
