Your brain has cannabinoid receptors, but doesn't have ethanol receptors. It just decomposes into toxins like aldehydes, etc… nothing like formaldehyde sickness to question the fun of drinking the next day.
I don't do any of them. That's the best for me. Straight and clean. Many, many miles of dirt road with all of them and some episodes with stuff I'm ashamed to admit to. Life is humbling.
