Analyzing the election maps between the U.S. Election Commission (see The Help America Vote Act Of 2002: https://www.justice.gov/crt/help-america-vote-act-2002), the 2016 election results map (https://www.270towin.com/2016_Election/) ; the 2020 interactive election map according to ABC: https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/2020-Electoral-Interactive-Map

It is clearly evident that the Blue areas in these maps are represented by the blank areas in EAC's registered machine voting database. See fist map;link. On the website of EAC, if you mouse over the RED areas it describes exactly what voting machine and version is being used.

The 2016 election results, actual, according to the Presidential site shows an almost perfect balance of red/blue to red/blank on the EAC map. The 2020 election reult map offered by ABC also show the same approximate ratio showing a clear correlation between the administration of votor machines by EAC and those States, counties where EAC does not.
