Oh man. Used to get that often when I was very young. Hasn't happened much after 30, though.

Tylenol/Aleve and other NSAIDs seem to crank my tinnitus up to 11.

So do stressful or uncomfortable situations, even the anticipation of them. Anxiety sucks.
