I haven't looked at the story in "The Hill" yet, but I'd guess the official is probably the one in the article link. There is an video embed of Igor Shepherd discussing what he know from life under communism and the real vaccine agenda. He also alludes to using injections to create (temporary?) super soldiers. The video is one of the most compelling I've seen.

"They" know that vaccines cause autism and "developmental delay". And…sometimes parents get compensation for their injured children. However, its a devil's bargain in that the injury cannot be called out as "autism". If this were commonly know the system of deliberate vaccine injury followed by years and years of pharma induced dependence (think Adderal, Vyvance, etc) would be threatened.

I didn't highlight it, but other vaccines can initiate the processes leading to autism besides just MMR.
