does any anon remember POTUS saying something to the effect of " I found an old law and used it " it has been recently that he said it. Not sure what I mean to myself by recently because my days all run together and time has gotten away from me completely.

As I recalll, it was a more casual setting where he said it and not a formal press briefing.
