Trump Activates War Plan After Supreme Court Rejects “Safe Harbor” Election

An abbreviated new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today discussing events relating to Day 33 of the election war currently raging in America, says first to note was California certifying its presidential election yesterday and appointing 55 electors pledged to vote for socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden, officially handing him the Electoral College majority of 279 needed to win the White House—after which socialist leader Biden said his inauguration would be virtual having no people attending it—and was expected because he ran an invisible campaign devoid of any supporters ever coming to see him campaign.

Disturbing facts leaving tens-of-millions of Americans wondering how Biden won an election against President Donald Trump, whose rallies throughout the campaign were attended by hundreds-of-thousands, and when adding the spontaneous rallies saw millions coming out in support of Trump—which is why the Trump Campaign continues to file lawsuits to overturn the results of this election, that if it had happened anywhere else the United States would have branded it illegitimate—though many of these lawsuits continue to see the Trump Campaign losing out when they come up against socialist Democrat Party judges and courts.

Losses, however, expected by the Trump Campaign, which is why they guided these election cases towards the United States Supreme Court—with the first one reaching this high court this week being the one involving the corrupt and stolen election held in Pennsylvania, and which legal experts said about: “If the Court does grant the Application, and enjoins Pennsylvania from naming electors, the chances are very high that the Court intends to take up all the challenges over the next couple of weeks”—an expert legal opinion proved accurate on the evening of 3 December, which was when Justice Samuel Alito accepted this case for the high court and ordered Pennsylvania to respond to it by 9 December—though important to notice is the fact that: “The “Safe Harbor” provision for naming Electors is December 8…What that means is that Congress must accept as valid — without allowing any challenge — the Electors named by a State on or before December 8 if those Electors were chosen in the manner prescribed by state law”.

A “Safe Harbor” rejection by the Supreme Court of this election on the evening of 3 December that was near immediately followed by the Pentagon revealing that two US Army Special Forces soldiers were mysteriously found dead—deaths whose true cause are undoubtedly linked to the US military raid in Germany to seize elections servers being operated by the CIA—then also on the evening of 3 December, it saw an explosion of US military warplane and combat helicopter activity occurring throughout the Washington D.C. region, to include evasive maneuvers being made by both Air Force One and Air Force Two—that was followed yesterday, on 4 December, by a continuous stream of US Army flights being made from Italy to Germany, thus showing the rapid redeployment of special forces troops from Europe to the United States is now underway.

All of which means that “the outcome of this election is now bending itself toward a national defense scenario” as President Trump enacts his war plan to defend America—and is why 76 of 141 Republican Party representatives in Pennsylvania have just sent a letter to the US Congress asking them to reject their State’s 20 electors, and Arizona representative Mark Finchem said his State’s governor “knowingly signed a fraudulent document” to certify the election—representatives who know that to certify a stolen election is a grave federal crime, and to do so risks them being prosecuted by United States Attorney General William Barr—and sheds on light on what President Trump meant this past week when he answered a question about his confidence in Barr—that President Trump first answered by saying about this election: “This is not civil, it is criminal”, and specifically about Barr saw him cryptically stating: “Ask Me That In A Number Of Weeks From Now”.

It remains unclear what happened at the scene and if other people might have been involved.

The veteran, Timothy Dumas, 44, also had a Special Forces background, the official said. He had previously served at Fort Bragg.

The Army Criminal Investigations Command, the equivalent of the service’s FBI and the investigating agency for the deaths, declined to comment.

A woman who identified herself as Lavigne’s ex-wife declined to comment and did not provide contact information for his family members. Dumas’s family could not be reached for comment.

Lavigne enlisted in the Army in 2001. He was later assigned to the 1st Special Forces Group and served on numerous Special Operations deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Army said in a statement.

He was last assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company at Army Special Operations Command.

“The loss of a soldier is always tragic,” Lt. Col. Justin Duvall, his commander, said in a statement. “Our condolences go out to his family during this difficult time.”

(Natural News) Today’s Situation Update (for Dec. 4th) has been published and is linked below. Note that thanks to the rapidly unfolding post-election situation in America, we will be publishing updates on both Saturday and Sunday, so check back for those.

This particular update discusses some of the “smoking gun” video evidence of vote fraud in Georgia, as well as the “20 binders” of fraud evidence from Nevada. But the real discussion in this update concerns the “national security option” which increasingly appears to be the most likely outcome stemming from Election Day treason and cyber warfare carried out by Democrats, globalists and the CIA.

Not only do we know that President Trump invoked language from his 2018 Executive Order in his historic Dec. 2nd speech — thereby providing the full public justification for Secretary of Defense Chris Miller to start issuing all necessary orders — we also know that many other critical documents and secret orders were put in place between 2018 and the 2020 election:

Trump’s 2018 Executive Order states that persons or organizations are guilty of foreign interference (acts of war) against the United States if they, “have directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.” This includes, “to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity” related to the election theft.

10 USC, Section 394. Subtitle A, Part 1, Chapter 19 describes the role of conventional military forces in dealing with cyber warfare (election theft) and specifically focuses that power in the hands of the Secretary of Defense, who is now Chris Miller: “The Secretary of Defense shall develop, prepare, and coordinate; make ready all armed forces for purposes of; and, when appropriately authorized to do so, conduct, military cyber activities or operations in cyberspace, including clandestine military activities or operations in cyberspace, to defend the United States and its allies, including in response to malicious cyber activity carried out against the United States…”

We also learned that the United States Code specifically calls for these defensive operations to be conducted in secret, which is why the so-called “rendition flights” are not yet public knowledge: “…a military activity or military operation carried out in cyberspace, or associated preparatory actions, authorized by the President or the Secretary that (A) is marked by, held in, or conducted with secrecy, where the intent is that the activity or operation will not be apparent or acknowledged publicly.”

In addition, we became aware that President Trump announced a new doctrine of “offensive cyber operations” on Sep. 20, 2018, just eight days after signing his “foreign interference” EO. As described by The Washington Post, this new doctrine swept away Obama-era doctrines: “The strategy incorporates a new classified presidential directive that replaced one from the Obama administration… It allows the military and other agencies to undertake cyber operations intended to protect their systems and the nation’s critical networks.”

Then, finally, we learned that President Trump issued a new National Security Presidential Memoranda (NSPM) #13 in 2018, which covers “offensive cyber operations. He kept this directive hidden from Congress for 17 months.

The exact language of this NSPM is still classified and has not been released to the public. Here’s a list of all the NSPMs, but notably, “offensive cyber operations” is a secret and is not publicly shown.

Trump is now poised to veto the reauthorization of the NDAA in order to force lawmakers to repeal Sec. 230. The NDAA grants special powers to the Commander-In-Chief to declare American citizens to be “enemy combatants” and to detain them without trial. But Trump doesn’t need the NDAA during times of war, which is exactly the scenario under which the 2020 election took place.

In addition, Trump is now working to clean up the CIA. Former director Gina Haspel has likely already been fired, and now Federal News Network is reporting that one of the top information technology officials in the DoD, the “deputy CIO” (Chief Information Officer) has been reinserted back into the CIA. His name is Peter Ranks.

A DoD spokesperson describes Peter’s accomplishments: “Under his leadership, we’ve made great advances in execution of the DoD Cloud Strategy and development of the software modernization approach while supporting the entirety of the DoD workforce with remote work capabilities during the pandemic…”

The obvious, rational realization in all this is that since 2018, Trump has put in place a cyber warfare battle plan for America, and that plan was initiated on November 3rd with the real-time trapping of treasonous actors as they tried to steal the election.

Importantly, those who committed election theft fell right into the trap by tripping into “national security” traps which moves their prosecution out of civil or criminal courts and into military courts. This point cannot be overstated. This is how Trump achieves a flanking maneuver around corrupt judges in traditional courts.

It also underscores why much of the activity taking place right now is not known to the public. It’s all covered under the secrecy provisions mentioned above.

What we should all expect to see in the very near future (weeks at most) is historic assertions of military authority, followed by an acceleration of arrests of traitors, public confessions and a wave of resignations of Democrat leaders from Congress. The result will be Trump in the White House, a GOP-run Senate, a GOP-run House and a conservative SCOTUS. As a bonus, if Trump exercises his full authority to seize corporations which aided and abetted the cyber warfare attack on America, we may also see CNN, the Washington Post, Twitter, Facebook, Google and other treasonous operations seized or shut down.
