Notice him artfully prevent from being boxed in. His conviction of having evidence China is going to interfere in election. And his discussion of mail in ballots being used for the first time rejecting a long history of acknowledging the fraud but narrative change only because of Trump presidency.

I posted these 2 last bread and it applies to Barr laying out a change in voting mechanism for a discriminatory purpose. That was his position in Sept. He smugly states there are current investigations of large fraud in several States.

If fraud is found a new election rewards the fraudulent party by giving them a second bite at the apple. Courts cannot do that. Clean Hands Doctrine.

POTUS doesn't have the power to invalidate an election, that is up to Courts and/or legislatures.

Jan 20th is a Constitutional deadline where POTUS is either inaugurated or steps down. new elections cannot be conducted in time for that deadline.

There are other remedies built in to the constitution as not not require the extreme nature of this
