<Develop a habit of observing your mental and emotional states from a third person point of view. Whenever you start to reeee inside, stop what you are doing, sit down, and just observe all mental, emotional, and bodily phenomena. I.E., instead of "REEEEE I am so fucking angery!", "Ah. There is a powerful anger." In this way, you identify less with the phenomena and discover a deeper dimension of your being that is calm and never moves.
<No junk foods. Eat enough but not too much. If you observe the above points, you can be healthy on inexpensive staples like rice and beans and ham hocks.
<Avoid drugs, alcohol, and porn.
