>Too many Q fans are expecting something on December 5 and Q has to keep the base hopeful.

'Q fans'? Really? This is not a game.

Anons know D5 was used as bait. It worked. [They] responded. Q did too and even gave us video.

>Q never said there would be a state funeral on December 5.

Nor did I'm imply that is what Q meant.

D5 was a ruse. Please check the primary source. Q's comments below (Q 2537, Q 4229):

SCOTUS only rules on cases brought before SCOTUS.

Cases brought before them usually result from an appeal of a decision of a lower court.

From Google: What are three ways cases reach the Supreme Court?

Terms in this set (4)

On Appeal. come from appeals from lower court decisions.

Writ of Certiorari. an order from the Court to a lower court to send up records on a case for review.

Selecting Cases. a case goes on the "discuss list" and the chief justice decides with the rule of 4.

Solicitor General.

From the article, Anon:

"The Supreme Court could still decide to hear Kelly's appeal, in which he claims the mechanism for mail-in votes in Pennsylvania is unconstitutional and that the state's more than 2.5 million mail-in ballots should be tossed. But, based on Thursday's scheduling order, any ruling, barring extraordinary circumstances, would come too late to affect the results of the election in Pennsylvania"

Kelly has filed an appeal. SCOTUS will decide whether to hear the appeal or not. It's their choice. SCOTUS has scheduled some cases for review and as of now Kelly's case is not scheduled. Since Kelly's appeal is not on the SCOTUS schedule it is unlikely that SCOTUS will hear the appeal in time to influence the election.

If new anons are making a sincere effort to contribute to qresearch I understand their excitement at making such 'discoveries'.

This board is self-correcting and it will eventually get sorted out.

If their excitement overcomes their reason we end up with stuff like this, or 'I found a 17', or 'look, I found 23'. Ad infinitum.

Thanks for your post, Anon.
