Do you think that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s daughter’s boyfriend, Harrison Deal was assassinated because Kemp had to fold and publicly call for a signature audit after the “bank heist” tape was released? That’s one hell of a car crash…

Bulloch and Georgia Mourn Untimely Death of Harrison Deal

BY DEWAYNE GRICE ON DECEMBER 4, 2020

Bulloch County native, Harrison Deal was killed in a car accident on I-16 at the Pooler Parkway around 10 AM this morning. Harrison was traveling alone at the time of the accident. Harrison was working on Senator Kelly Loeffler’s campaign staff and was believed to be traveling to advance a campaign event with Vice President Mike Pence at the Savannah airport.

Harrison was a 2018 graduate of Bulloch Academy and a student at the University of Georgia. He is the son of Bulloch County Commissioner Curt Deal, his mother is Jenni Groover Deal and was brother to Hannah and Halli Deal.

The news of Harrison’s death has been painful for everyone who knew him. He was a remarkably talented, compassionate and driven young man. He loved politics and was fortunate at a very young age to be involved in Georgia politics at the highest level.

Friendship with Governor Kemps Family began in Statesboro

Harrison met Governor Brian Kemp’s daughter at a campaign event in Statesboro when Kemp was running for Governor. Governor Kemp tweeted a statement and photo of the Kemp and Deal family last Christmas at the Governor’s Mansion.

“Today, we lost a member of our “Kemp Strong” family and words cannot express how much Harrison Deal’s life, love and support meant to us. He was a person of deep faith, unmatched integrity, and incredible kindness. Harrison was the Kemp son and brother we never had,” Kemp said in a statement.

“Our prayers are with the Deal Family – and countless others – as they mourn the tragic loss of Harrison. He brought people together and made everyone feel important and special. 2020 has been marked by adversity, tragedy and pain. For the Kemp Family, weathering this storm will be the most difficult challenge yet.”

Statement from Senator David Perdue

Deal previously interned for Sen. David Perdue’s office in summer 2019. Perdue released the following statement Friday:

“Bonnie and I are devastated to learn of the passing of Harrison Deal, a young man from Bulloch County. Harrison interned in my Atlanta office in the summer of 2019, and was currently working as a field representative for Senator Loeffler’s campaign. He was a member of the University of Georgia Class of 2022. Harrison was a smart, kind young man with a bright future ahead of him, and he is gone too soon. We are praying for his parents, Curt and Jenni Deal, and his sisters, Hannah and Halli. I ask the people of Georgia to join us in keeping the entire Deal family in their hearts on this terrible day.”

Funeral arrangements are not complete at this this time.

The 11th Circuit Court of appeals has denied Lin Wood’s lawsuit seeking to challenge Georgia’s election results and certification of the results.

In the order, Chief Judge William Pryor Jr., a Bush appointee, said Wood lacked standing to bring the suit because his injury was not particularized. The court said Wood’s suit was “moot” because Georgia has already certified its election results and slate of electors.

Judge Pryor said the court would not entertain post-election “garden-variety” (whatever the heck that means) issues of voter integrity and misconduct that can be filed in state

This appeal requires us to decide whether we have jurisdiction over an

appeal from the denial of a request for emergency relief in a post-election lawsuit.

Ten days after the presidential election, L. Lin Wood Jr., a Georgia voter, sued

state election officials to enjoin certification of the general election results, to

secure a new recount under different rules, and to establish new rules for an

upcoming runoff election. Wood alleged that the extant absentee-ballot and recount

procedures violated Georgia law and, as a result, his federal constitutional rights.

After Wood moved for emergency relief, the district court denied his motion. We

agree with the district court that Wood lacks standing to sue because he fails to

allege a particularized injury. And because Georgia has already certified its

election results and its slate of presidential electors, Wood’s requests for

emergency relief are moot to the extent they concern the 2020 election. The

Constitution makes clear that federal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction, U.S.

Const. art. III; we may not entertain post-election contests about garden-variety

issues of vote counting and misconduct that may properly be filed in state courts.

We affirm.
