We laugh and joke about Nancy's weird behavior, and Biden's, and Hillary's, but seriously there's some very weird stuff going on in DC. These people are clearly not capable of doing the jobs they have/had. Hillary's issues made the most sense, with her brain damage and resuscitation. But there's so many more.
And the fact that half the people just can't see it. There are real NPCs amongst us?
