San Mateo, Napa, and Riverside (Temecula) are seriously rich areas so not a surprise really. In fact the bastard was probably at French Laundry to get some cash to look the other way when Napa said "fuck you" since that is one of the wealthiest towns on the planet

Yeah Napa is very possibly the richest area on the planet per capita. So they can say "fuck you" to pretty much anyone and get away with it
