China and Russia's development of hypersonic missiles off of our stolen technology just means they are where we were at decades ago. This is part of why the Space Force is so important now. We need to move the battleground closer to their home, simply to push the edge farther. If their attacks can reach our shores in minutes, then we push it to seconds.
