I don't know if this is anything, but the closest house to Oglethorpe Bluff is occupied by Patrick Howard, his wife Susan, and his sister-in-law Cindy Vann and her husband James Vann. All four seem to live in that 1785 sq ft house, at least that is their mailing address. The house is owned by Cindy Vann, and she is a FB friend with Michelle Westberry Mullis.

I can't see her familial connection with Nicole Mullis, registered agent for Oglethorpe Bluff Inc.

None of the house's residents seem to have a job, but Patrick Howard registered a company called Rishon Inc. with Dunn and Bradstreet, # 194169017 in 1999.

RIshon means primary in Hebrew. Why some redneck in Georgia living in his sister-in-law's house would use a Hebrew name for his company is beyond me.
